Resources

Where our food comes from.

We work close to origin. That means fewer hands between the farm and your kitchen, and a clear answer whenever someone asks where a product came from.

01

Origin

We buy from smallholder farms and cooperatives in the regions where each crop actually belongs — hibiscus from the Sahel belt, yam and cocoa from West African farmland.

02

Selection

Every intake is graded by hand before it leaves origin: colour, moisture, size and aroma. Lots that don't hold up are rejected, not blended away.

03

Trade & logistics

Tradont, our food and agricultural trading company, handles sourcing, trade, supply and distribution — so the chain from farm to warehouse stays short and accountable.

04

Traceability

Each batch carries a harvest lot reference back to its farm group and season, kept on file for both retail and wholesale buyers.
