  1. 1A generous handful of dried hibiscus petals, a thumb of ginger, one litre of cold water.
  2. 2Combine in a jar, cover, refrigerate overnight.
  3. 3Strain. Sweeten lightly if you like, and serve over ice.

  2. 2One teaspoon of leaf per cup; steep 90 seconds for the first infusion.
  3. 3Re-steep the same leaves twice more, adding 30 seconds each time.
